STATE OF THE UNION: 9pm EST

After seven years in the White House, President George W. Bush delivers his final State of the Union address Monday Jan 28 2008 at 9 p.m. Eastern time. In this final speech, the president will outline prgress in Iraq as well as blaming several unfinished items on the lack of congressional attention.
